He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sisters, Nancy Holley and Linda Tate (Louie); his daughters, Danette L. Jacobson and Susan M. Holley (Scott Effing); his stepson Patrick W. Rutherford; and his grandchildren, Brandy, Alyssa, Landon and Ava.
