He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lattimer Tillotson and Mary Kathryn Wilson Tillotson. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Larry (Jo), Ian (Anna) and Jason (Jeanette); his siblings, Diane (Jack) and Denny; and also Crystal. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
