Mook and Jeanne Mook (Titus); his wife Marie; his daughter Andrea Pack (Charles); his stepchildren, Wally Schultz (Pam), Laura Holbrook Ash and Ted Schultz; his grandchildren, Keith Holbrook, Erica Shaulis (Cody), Gabby Graham (Tyler) and Cody Schultz; and his brother James Mook (Barbara).
