He was predeceased by: his parents, Apolinar Paul Santellan and Maria Guadalupe Santellan; his sister Rosalie "Vicki" Santellan; and his grandson Julian Santellan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Walker; his siblings, Sara Pacheco of Kansas City, KS and John Santellan of Wichita, KS; his sister-in-law Mildred Gambino; his children, Maria Short (Dennis), Teresa Martinez (Steve), Regina Garcia, Paul Santellan, Jose Santellan and Peter Le-Santellan; his grandchildren, Ricardo, Angelina, Jessica, Jacque, Nicole, Andrea, Mattie, Savannah, Megan, Kelsey, Bailey and Donovan; and also, Tristan, Lincoln, Violet, Jayce, Harper, Isabella, Scarlett and Nova.
He participated in multiple charity events with the UAW and the Ford Plant.
