He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Milligan; and his stepmother Dona Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Milligan; his father Loyd Milligan; his sister Debbie Milligan Lee (Grem); his niece Tana Lee Smith; and his stepsiblings, Michele Winder, Terie and Stevie Gabaldon. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins and a semi load or two of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Reserve Community Center.
