He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Talamantes and Mary Talamantes; and his brother Manuel Talamantes. He is survived by: his wife Karen R. Talamantes; and his children, Walter J. Baker, Allen J and Linnie N. Baker Kerr. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
