He was predeceased by: his brother Eddie Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Misty Garcia of Raton; his sons, Garrett, Colten, Domenic, Evin, Presten and Adisen; his parents, Rudy Garcia (Ruth) of Cimarron and Barbara Garcia (Mike) of Hatch; his brother Rudy Garcia, Jr.; his wife Lisa of Clayton, NM; his siblings, Cindy Hyer of Oklahoma, Yolanda Ramirez of Colorado, Orlando Garcia of Wisconsin, Dominic Demcheck (Lucianna) of Clayton, NM and Ernest Garcia (Meagan) of Colorado Springs, CO.; and also Brenda Samora (Tim) of Raton.
