He is survived by: his wife Florence Higgins; his sister Evelyn Kramer (Dick Kramer); his children, Michael Higgins (Lara Czajkowski Higgins) and Kirstyn Hart (Jay Hart); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Logan, Tessa, Krislyn and Kye.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the First United Methodist Church Memorial Scholarship Fund.
