She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Valverde and Teodora Valverde; and her son Bobby Joe. She is survived by: her brothers, Mike Valverde Jr. and Danny Valverde; her husband Arturo Ortiz; her children, Rudy Segura (Tammy), Chris Segura (Dolores), David Segura (Liz) and Debbie Segura; her grandsons, Danny Joe (Ana), Michael Segura, Theodore Segura, David Segura and Fidel Segura (Danyelle); her great grandchildren, Erika, Daniel, Amadeus, Santiago, Annabella, Shantelle, Mia, Orion, Tabias and Lucyelle; her great great grandchildren, Mateo and Joslyn; and her siblings, Molly Garcia (Gilbert) of El Paso, TX, Eva Mascarenas (Tom) of Albuquerque, NM, Deacon George Valverde of Albuquerque, Rubin Valverde (Carolyn) of Farmington, NM and Bennie Valverde (Vickie) of Raton.
