He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Pauline Shaw, Frank and Lucille Cimino; and his nephew James Hammer.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Shaw and Barbara Shaw; his wife Sandy; his sisters, Amanda Hammer (James) and Melissa Gonzalez (Jose); his aunts and uncles, Don Shaw (Barbara), Gary Shaw (Jackie), Frank Cimino (Sylvia), Rosemary Feldman (Bob) and Loretta Wolske (Paul); his niece Lanie Hammer; his parents-in-law, Rollie and Aggie Eull; and his brothers, Greg Mans (Pam), Randy Mans (Dawn) and Tim Mans (Cindy).
