He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Lobb and Doris Lobb (Steen); and his brothers, William (Billy) and Robert (Bobby). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie; his children, Martina, Steven and James; his brothers, Eugene (Gene) of Everett and David (Dave) of Atlanta, GA.; and his sister-in-law Eleanor (Isle) of Douglas. He is also survived by his grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
