He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Decker; and his siblings, Cleo Decker, Corene Decker and Tunny Decker of French Track. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Decker Jr. (Sheila) of Albuquerque, NM., Peter Decker (Hope) of Colorado, Dennis Decker of Raton and Steven Decker of Pueblo, CO.; and his stepchildren, Christina Sisneros (Michael) of Maxwell, NM., Frank Gonzales Jr. of Maxwell, NM., Kenneth Gonzales (Pam) of Raton, NM. and Patricia Cruz (Gerald) of Raton, NM.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
