She was predeceased by: her daughter Kimberly Mitchell (Mike Lepic); her grandparents, Cirilio and Alice Sanchez; and her stepfather Philbert "Lugar" Vialpando. She is survived by: her mother Bernie Vialpando; her children, Christina Mitchell (Antowne Taylor), Charles Mitchell Jr. (Sara) and Pekabo Mente; her sister Carol Romero Trujillo (Joe); and her grandsons, Charles "Charlie" Mitchell III, Maxwell Taylor, Elijah, Ezran Mente and Brayden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and one nephew.
