Dale August Hansen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale August Hansen of Raton, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dale August may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dale August touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Hansen and Elvera Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Sandie K. Hansen; his son Andrew Hansen (Keli) of Newton; his granddaughter Summer; and his sister JoAnn Newman (Ray) of Beloit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion's Lutheran Church.
