He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Sanchez and Eutimia Sanchez; his significant other Marie Bessie Sanchez; his children, Rosalie Blan, Patsy Encinias and Larry Vialpando; and his siblings, Lalo Mares, Seferino Otero, Robert Sanchez and Sarah Mares Sanchez.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Laura Pintor (Richard), Robert Gonzales (Berta), Deseray Perez (Lawrence), Jonathan Encinias, Theresa Blan (Ben), Eloy Blan, Jr., Josette Bizet, Lynette Keeth (Justin) and Candice Williams (Bucky); his sister Addie Montoya of Clayton; and his children-in-law, Janet Vialpando and Eloy Blan, Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
