We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2021, at the age of 66, Anthony Ortiz (Raton, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Ortiz and Erlinda Ortiz; his daughter Erlinda Ortiz; his grandparents, Aurora, Andres Gonzales, Mel and Maclova Ortiz; his siblings, Albert Ortiz and Lori Ann Ortiz; and his grandson Austin Jones.
He is survived by: his spouse Cecil Ortiz; his children, Richard Martinez (Rosemarie) of Albuquerque, NM, Becky Jones of Albuquerque, NM and Sara Ortiz of Albuquerque, NM.; his grandchildren, Tanner Jones, Crystal Ortiz, Xandra Martinez, Ariana Ortiz and Destiny Ortiz; and his siblings, Larry Lucero, Eva Ortiz, Davy (Carmen Ortiz), Rick (Cora Ortiz), Andy (Rene Ortiz) and Gerald Ortiz of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The memorial service will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021, for family members, by invitation only due to Covid restrictions.
