He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie, Floraida Sanchez, O. G. Andy Vigil and Angie Vigil; and his aunts and uncles, Billy Sanchez, Betty Sanchez, Manuel Sanchez, Esther Sanchez and Andy Vigil.
He is survived by: his parents, David Sanchez and Valerie Sanchez; his siblings, Gilbert Sanchez (Gill) and Jolene Wright; his significant other Esperanza Ward (Espi); his stepson Matthew Lucero; his aunts and uncles, Nina, Emilio Sanchez (Marie), Teresa Lucero (Wilfred), Gerldine Gallegos (Bernie), Ronnie and Cathy Barela; and his godson Abel Segura.
A rosary was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the San Francisco de Asís Catholic Church (60 St Francis Plaza, Ranchos De Taos, NM 87557). A Mass was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
