He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Collins and Thelma Collins; and his brother Ronnie Collins. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Collins; his children, Anita Rogers (James), JoAnn Adams, Jeremy Borts and Yolanda Collins; and his brother Hal Collins (Glenda). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
