She was predeceased by: her husband Andalecio "Andy" Ortiz; her children, Loretta Ortiz, Robert and Danny Ortiz; her parents, Lupe Quintana and Maria Quintana; and her brothers, Eluvino and Gene Quintana.
She is survived by: her son Andy Ortiz (Rachel); and her siblings, Ramona Archuleta (Faustin), Albert Quintana (Bennie), Leroy Quintana (Sally), Oclides Albert (Gilbert) and Bertha Trujillo. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
