Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Terry leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father William "Smokey" Bass; and her sons, Charles "David" Morland and Sammy "Sambo" Anderson McKinley Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Barker; her daughters, Brandie Archer (Morris) of Portales, NM and Shawntel Barker of Amarillo, TX; her mother Janie McCullough of Amarillo, TX; and her siblings, Janis Love of Amarillo, TX, Dale Bass (Paula) of Amarillo, TX and Jimmy Bass (Lori) of Lawton, OK. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Portales Cemetery (1600 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
