Sherrye Burleson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, at the age of 76, Sherrye Burleson of Portales, New Mexico, born in Sudan, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bennett McGuyer and Tempe Harper. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Wyvona McGuyer of Clovis; her nephew Mike McGuyer (Becky) of Idaho Falls, ID; her nieces, Karyn Lacy (Robert) of Lubbock and Kathy Gilbert of Clovis; her great-nephew Ryan Lacy (Taylor) of Lubbock; and her great-niece Krysta Lacy of Dallas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the New Mexico Christian Children's Home, 1356 New Mexico 236, Portales, NM 88130-9411.
