It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oscar Abelardo Lozano Sr. of Portales, New Mexico, born in San Antonio, New Mexico, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Linda De La Rosa; and his son Oscar Lozano, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Ricardo Ruiz (Anna) and Maria Hidalgo; and his siblings, Marcelino Lozano, Jr. (Josephine), Robert Lozano, Rosa Elva Madrid, Lorraine Tellez and Sandra Lopez. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
