It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Pacheco of Portales, New Mexico, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Frankie Pacheco, Jimmy Joe Pacheco and Beatrice Sena; and her husband Frank Pacheco. She is survived by: her son Chris; her daughter-in-law Minerva Pacheco of Portales; and her grandchildren, James Pacheco, Joe Pacheco, Michael Pacheco, Felicia Romero (Ray Cordova), Christopher (Audra Pacheco), Gerardo Marquez, Aracely Villareal (Frank), Christian Pacheco (Freixy Scasado), Angel Sena, Jeremy Sena (Myrna Sena), Iris Jimenez (Miguel Zazueta), Anaie Plasencia (Jose) and Juan Cabrera. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Helen Catholic Church (1600 S Ave O, Portales, NM 88130). A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
