He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Win Askew and Margaret Jane Scott (Jim); his grandparents, Guy, Nettie Rebecca Millar, Dell, Gladys Marie Askew and Evelyn Kiker; his aunt Kelly Askew; his uncle Kelly Askew; and his cousin Mac Millar.
He is survived by: his uncle Bunny; his nieces and nephews, Blakeley Bunch, Marc Haufmann (Amanda), Ky Mitchell (Rebekah), Rhet Roberts (Kevin Pate), Macy McCoy (Micah), Dylan Bunch and Kanyon Renfro; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zander Fleming, Mila Mitchell, Miles Mitchell, Owen Haufmann, Jade McCoy and Forrest McCoy.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel (500 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
