He is survived by: his mother Lucille Wells; his wife Phyllis Parks (Stinnett); his children, Amanda, Randy Coats of Portales, Bradley Parks of Portales, Jessica and Chase Milligan; his grandchildren, Allen Parks, Keira Bailey, Cohen, Leigha Milligan and Wyatt Parks; his great grandchildren, Katie and Emma Parks; and his siblings, Andy (Anna Parks), Kathy (Joe Kennedy), Georgine (Harold Nixon) and Lori (Bill Kolstarl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
