He is survived by: his wife Maria Aurora Corrales; his son Miguel; his daughter-in-law Rosa Cothern of Twenty; his daughter Mary Cothern of Portales; his grandchildren, Michelle Beaty (Malachi), Miguel Cothern, Jr. and Andrea Ortiz; his great grandchildren, Alannah Beaty, Stella Beaty, Isabella Garcia, Jeremiah Rhea and Carlo Thompson; and his brother Jimmy Cothern of Odessa, TX.. He is also survived by two children, a son and a daughter.
