It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janine Elder of Portales, New Mexico, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Snyder and Doris Snyder; her husband Donald C. Elder (Doc); her sons, Cam (Amy) and Brian (Holly); her sister Denise Muhlbauer (Leon); and her sister-in-law Laurie Ledford. She was also cherished by two nieces, and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions instead be made to the Eastern Women Lovers for Learning Scholarship Program.
