Gearge Edward Davis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gearge Edward Davis (Portales, New Mexico), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Davis and Edna Davis; his siblings, Joe Roy, Cecil, Bruce Davis, Patsy Everson, Darline Stein, Gloria Jean Davis, Joyce Ann Davis, Lawrence Davis, Francille Grant and Louise Purifoy; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce, Winny, Alice Davis, Gordon Everson, Monty Bilberry and Richard Baldridge.
He is survived by: his friend Dianne Baldridge (Carol Bell); his cousins, Carol, George and Dianne; his sons, Jason Scott of Lubbock and Ethan John of Clovis; his brother Jimmy Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Davis, Debra Bilberry and Rodney Stein (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hampton Inn (224 Fairway Terrace a, Clovis, NM 88101). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel (500 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
