He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hampton Justus and Martha Miriam Justus; his siblings, Orville Justus, C. H. Justus, Altha Mae Smith and Jeannie Musick; and his granddaughter Allison Hatley.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Ric Justus, Bryan Justus, Chris Justus, Wesley Hatley, Dusty Justus and Drew Hatley; his sister Jeannie Justus; his wife Donna Faye; his children, Mike Justus (Judy) of Clovis, Danny Justus (Priscilla Hromas) of Portales and Pam Hatley (Randie) of Clovis; his grandchildren, Micah, Adria, Mara, Jonathan, Matthew, Emily, Skylar, Shelby, Luke, Faith, Jett, Raven, Jalen, Hailey, Otto, Knox, Gunner, Payton, Christopher and Henley; and his great great grandchildren, Joey, Kyrie and Emerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
