He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhea Dean (Kennedy) and Calvin Glen McAfee. He is survived by: his wife Deann McAfee; his sister Glenda Tivis (Kelly); and his uncle Wesley McAfee (Doris). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
