It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Belle Pyle of Portales, New Mexico, born in Paris, Arkansas, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Mabry Eugene Johnston, R. V. Johnston, Perry Johnston (Jo Ann), Edward Lee Helton, Robert G. Helton and Otis Glenn Helton; and her son Richard David Pyle (Charles).
She is survived by: her son Charles Pyle of Portales; her sister Bettie Ann Sweat of Clovis; and her sisters-in-law, June Johnston (Eugene) of Iowa Park, TX, Elizabeth Ann Helton (Robert) of Paris, AR and Brenda Helton (Otis Glenn) of Paris, AR. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
