He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Massey and Louise Massey. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his son Gary; his grandson Levi Massey (Jennifer); his stepdaughters, Karri Hatley (Deke), Konni Wallace (Jeff) and Brendi Cabeldue (Tyler); and his sisters, Glenna Gray (Dwight), Margie Truelock (Kenneth) and Judy Bratcher (Tim). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ute Lake Camp, c/o Leslie Osborn, PO Box 1303, Dalhart, TX 79022.
