He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hunter Price and Molly Lela Adair; his son Danny Lee Price Shantz; and his siblings, Blackie Price, Bill Price, Joe Price, Bull Price, Doyle Price, Jerry Price, Irene Deen, Audeen Fehland, Christine Swann and Wanzell Bowers.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Mayfield Price; and his daughter Tina Kay McKenzie of Millersview. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
