She was predeceased by: her sister Sandra Johnson; her son Vincent Presley Starr; and her husband Cloy Price Starr. She is survived by: her sons, Clay Perry Starr of Portales and Preston Matthew; her daughter-in-law Wendy Starr of Tulsa, OK; her daughter Rebecca Starr of Portales; and her brothers, Michael Murrell of Redding, CA and Greg Murrell of Wichita Falls, TX.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
