She is survived by: her husband Van Nation of Portales; her children, Cara Tipton (Dusty) of Clovis, Matthew Johnson (Tabitha) of Portales and Caron Pritchett (Ben) of Portales; her brother Christopher J. Wood (Susan Michelle) of Oklahoma; her niece Sarah M. Wood; and her nephew Garrett Wood. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
