We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 80, Carol Elaine Martin of Portales, New Mexico, born in Clovis, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Addis Bell and Ethlene Bell; and her siblings, Katherine McDermitt and Weldon Bell. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Butch" Martin; her children, Janice Hardin (Richard) of Portales and Larry Martin of Portales; her sisters, Darlene Simpson of Lubbock and Marlene Ford of Portales; and her granddaughters, Codie Ladezma (Daniel) of Lubbock, Ashleigh Hardin Church of Portales, Leslie Brown (Brandon) of Portales, Brittany Hardin (Matthew Cordova) of Portales and Shelby Shields (Tyler) of Friona. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
