It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candido Tafoya of Portales, New Mexico, born in Corona, New Mexico, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Albert Trujillo and Eva Martinez; and his son Ronnie Tafoya. He is survived by: his spouse Isabel Sena; his sons, Robert Tafoya and Thomas; his daughter-in-law Shirley Tafoya of Portales; his grandchildren, Celeste Jones (Justin) of El Paso, TX and Taylor Dordoni (Joey) of St. Louis, MO; his daughter-in-law Terri Tafoya of Midland, TX; his brother Tom Tafoya of Bakersfield, CA; his niece Laura Montoya of Roswell, NM; and his nephew Herman Martinez.
