He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Lewis and Evelyn Lewis (Head); his brothers, Andrew and Gerald Lewis; and his grandson Bradley Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Lewis; his children, Bill Lewis (Debbie), Brenda Etcheverry (John), Deborah Lewis Hickox, Dow and Kenneth Lewis; his grandchildren, Cody Lewis, David Lewis and Stetson Lewis (Catrina); his children, John Pete Etcheverry (Dayna), Tommy Etcheverry, Mecca and Jacob Hickox; and his great grandchildren, Harley Lewis, Waylon Lewis, Johnathan, Emmaline, Norlene Lewis, Quinn and Brody Etcheverry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cienega Cemetery.
