Willie Joe Chavez Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Joe Chavez of Peralta, New Mexico, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Peggy Ann; his siblings, Sylvia Aragon (Fidel), Patricia DeLaCruz, Jerry and Lorenzo; and his in-laws, Dale Lennon, Joe Otero (Matelida), Beatrice Romero (Charlie), Albinita Aragon (Jose), Nila Toledo (Albert) and Melba Sanchez (Arlie).

He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughter Rosalie; his son-in-law John Padilla; his grandsons, Issac and Isaiah; and his siblings, Elizabeth Lennon, Irene Roybal (Buddy), Anna Mae Wood and Richard (George DeLaCruz). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
