He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Rudy II (Patti), Linda (Todd), Estevan (Megan), Consuelo and Jose; his grandchildren, Elisandro, Sydney, Maddox and Hawethorne; his siblings, Frances, Cecilia, Socorro, Leon Rios (Milee) and Rita Rios-Baca (Sam); his siblings-in-law, Douglas Smith and Mabel Rios; and his mother-in-law Diana Quintana (Fred). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
