Though Bernie may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Lopez and Ramoncita Lopez; his partner Sandy Trujillo; his children, Pancho, Bernie Jr. and Rachel; and his brothers, Andy Lopez and Juan Lopez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tomas Lopez (Tessie), Helen Ciampaglia and Dorothy Carrier. He is also survived by two granddaughters and many nephews, nieces, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Berardinelli Family Funeral Service (1399 Luisa St, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Santa Fe Memorial Gardens (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505).
