He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Evans; and his brother Samuel Evans. He is survived by: his mother Ada Bell Evans; his wife Sandra; his children, James Rose, Shayne Evans, Tiffany Evans, Pamela Lowe (James), Cassandra Evans and Robert W Evans; his grandchildren, Arya Bogart, Samanntha, Cera and Sanford Lowe; his siblings, Lecil Evans, Brenda Bedford, Tanya Ray, Pamela Wilson and Bertha Holman; and also Ada Nials.
