He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville T "Bud" Watts and Virginia Watts (Corliss); his wife Diane; his children, Traci (Ronnie Frazier) and Travis (Danielle); and his grandsons, Kyle, Korey Frazier and Brian Watts.
