It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mateo Sandoval of Mosquero, New Mexico, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mateo Sandoval and Eloisa Sandoval (Garcia); and his siblings, Adolfo Sandoval and Dora Tompkins. He is survived by: his wife Jane Sandoval (Arguello) of Mosquero; his daughters, Christina Vigil (Ray) of Mosquero, Amanda Serrano (Mario) of Las Cruces and Roberta Sandoval of Ruidoso; his grandchildren, Gabriella Vigil of Portales, Mya Vigil of Amarillo, Annika Serrano of Las Cruces and Jacob Serrano of Las Cruces; and his sisters, Jane Maestas of Springer and Beatrice Baca of Bernalillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
