He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Gutierrez of Mosquero, NM; his stepson Christopher Martinez of Las Vegas, NM; his grandson Cruzito Vigil Martinez of Mosquero, NM; his siblings, Della Garcia of Espanola, NM, Lupe Jaramillo (Chon) of Espanola, NM, Mike Martinez of Tucumcari, NM, Simon Martinez (Elaine) of Espanola, NM and Alfonso Martinez (Irene) of Espanola, NM; and his sisters-in-law, Tomasita Martinez of Mosquero, NM, Corine Martinez of Tucumcari, NM and Pasquala Martinez of Espanola, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
