She was predeceased by: her parents, Alejandro Navarro and Aurora Navarro (Griego); and her brother Freddie Navarro. She is survived by: her husband Rafael O. Vigil of Mosquero; and her children, Wilfred Vigil (Janie), Armando Vigil (Debbie Mosher), Ray Vigil (Christina) and Terri Thrasher (Pat). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

MEMORIALS: In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in Isabel's memory to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mosquero.
