It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merced Michel of Moriarty, New Mexico, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Felipe Michel; and her niece Faith Cano. She is survived by: her siblings, Manuel Pineda and Maria Cano; her son Alejandro Michel (Angelica Michel); her grandchildren, Alejandro Michel Jr., Ana Squire and Judy Michel; her son Enrique Michel; her grandchildren, Albert Lopez, Andrew Michel and Stephanie Michel; her daughter Dora Carreón (Gabriel Carreón); her grandchildren, Adrian Carreón, Jessica Carreón, Gabriel Carreón Jr. Erika Carreón and Elizabeth Carreón; her child Carmen Michel (Aurelio Rivera); her grandchildren, Julie Rivera and Marcos Rivera; her son Gustavo Michel (Roberta Michel); her grandchildren, Mariah Michel and Derek Michel; her son Gabriel Michel; her granddaughters, Vanessa Michel and Deborah Michel; her child Benigno Michel; her grandsons, Joshua Michel and Jason Michel; her children, Gerardo Michel and Trisha Michel; her grandchildren, Allen Michel and Alicia Michel; her daughter Sonia Baca; and her grandchildren, Cruz Steven Michel, Cecilia Rogers, Jacob Carpio, Octavian Baca, Jessica Carreon and Erika Carreon. She is also survived by her nine children, twenty-seven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
