It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucinda Belle Phillips in Moriarty, New Mexico, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Sue Trout (Donham); and her brother Tommy Trout. She is survived by: her father Thomas Preston Trout of Terre Haute, IN; her close friend Harold Umphries of Estancia, NM; her children, Preston Phillips of Copperas Cove, TX, Arley Umphries (Kristin) of York, SC, Angela Phillips of Albuquerque, NM and Autumm Rose McLain (Marvin); her sisters, Joni Ditto, Saundra Trout, Connie Wilson (Donnie) and Sally Trout-Joseph (David); her grandchildren, Jamal D. Post, Rita Phillips, Nathanial Umphries, Karisma McLain and Aurora McLain; and her great grandchildren, Malachi and London Post. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
