He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ortiz of Moriarty, NM; his children, Frank Ortiz (Debbie) of Santa Rosa, NM, Ernest Ortiz (Kim) of Estancia, NM and Priscilla Ortiz of Moriarty, NM; his grandchildren, Marcus Ortiz (Jolene), Kevin Ortiz, Joseph Ortiz, Jessica Ortiz, Adrianna Ortiz (Raul), Caleb Ortiz and Caycee Jo Ortiz; and his great grandchildren, Jaylah Ortiz, Isaiah Ortiz and Aleeah Moreno. He is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
