She was predeceased by: her parents, Mott Henson and Lillie Mae Henson; and her brother-in-law Field Irwin. She is survived by: her husband Birchie West of Moriarty, NM; her daughters, Brandy Barrett of Benbrook, TX, Buffy Ware (Sid Ware) of Moriarty, NM and Becky Crow (Paul Crow) of Moriarty, NM; her grandchildren, Emily Horn (Brian Horn), Theresa Barrett, Robert Crow, Morgan Heckendorn (Josh Heckendorn), Birchie Crow (Morgan Crow), Tyla Brunson (Michael Brunson) and Devan Crow; her great grandchildren, Aaron Horn, Emily James (Larry James), Daniel Brunson and Jensen Crow; and her sister Sharon Irwin. She is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Because of this, her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Barbara West Memorial First Impressions Fund at First Baptist Church Moriarty.
